Welcome to Your Keto Life!

My name is Ramona. And I am so happy you decided to stop by my website today. 

If you were sitting with me, here on my sofa, I would offer you a cup of coffee, or tea, or something. And before long, we’d probably start talking about food. It is my joy and my curse. Loving food.

Ask anybody who spends any time talking to me, and they’ll tell you. Ramona never shuts up about food. 

I would ask you about your favorite foods. The best taco you’ve ever had. Or the best blue cheese dressing.

And if you have a 100-year old secret family recipe, I’d ask if I could have a copy. Even if it was something I don’t eat. A secret family recipe is gold. And maybe we could tweak it a little to make it compatible with keto, or carnivore (if it’s meat).

And we’d have a really fun day. Talking about food and cooking. Maybe talking about losing weight and improving health. Or working out. If you’re into that. 

And after a couple of hours, we’d be friends. We’d be encouraged on our journeys. 

And we would probably look forward to the next time we could have a coffee and a chat. 

I hope Your Keto Life could be something like that for you.

My Passion

I am a whole-hog LOVER of Low Carb!

The Keto Lifestyle! The simple, yet super satisfying, Carnivore Diet.

Even fasting. Yes. I used the F-word. Fasting.

And I would love to help you find your low-carb groove. Also known as Your Keto Life.

There is so much information out there. And since Keto has become a hot topic, it’s getting harder and harder to know what is true, and what isn’t. And there are a lot of “keto” products out there, that have loads of sugar, starch, and other less than optimal  ingredients.

I first got on the keto train in 1998, with the original Atkins Diet. And ever since I jumped on board with Atkins, I have researched, tested, and tasted many low carb flavors over the years.

The person I am today has been a long time in the making. And I am so jazzed to be able to tell you, that as of 2023, I have lost 100 pounds!

And yet, I am a work in progress. I still have a long ways to go to meet my health goals, but after researching and trying keto, carnivore, and fasting for more than 20 years, I now have a huge archive of practical knowledge stuffed into my brain. And that’s why Your Keto Life is my passion project.

I don’t want all my research and expertise to just sit there an go rotten. I want to share it. With you.

That is why I am so excited to start Your Keto Life, a lifestyle blog where I am going to share what I’ve learned.

  • Resources and reviews about the diets: low carb, keto, carnivore, and fasting
  • Introduce you to influencers and experts you can follow for information, inspiration, and support
  • Recipes and Recipe Ideas for extending your favorite cooking methods and ingredients in hundreds of satisfying meals

It’s all about Your Keto Life. And finding the tweaks and hacks that inspire you and improve your health today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life.
